We welcome Kaitlyn Benson to the Human Resource Department of Taylor Made. Just a little bit about her is that she is a recent Rutgers graduate with a communication and marketing degree who loves a good adventure whether it be outdoors or inside on a Netflix binge. Kaitlyn started her career with Taylor Made in July as an Account Consultant and since then has been promoted into our Human Resource department. New responsibilities that Kaitlyn is taking on includes; talent acquisitions, branding, and new employee onboarding. We are extremely excited for Kaitlyn and are thrilled to have her on the HR team here at Taylor Made!

Favorite part of the job?
I love the “work hard, play hard” aspect – especially with how there’s always music playing in the lobby. I also love the relationships I’ve made here at Taylor made- we have a great team!

What do you like to do in your free time?
There’s nothing better than spending as much as time possible with family and friends. I definitely love attending sporting events and going on random adventures as well.

Knowing that I will always be greeted with a smile and a high-energy environment. It helps a lot.
